Cultural Complex

The Cultural Complex and Ahmet Fethi Pasha Halls within the Military Museum organization are available for all domestic and foreign, civilian and military cultural, scientific, arts, exhibition and festival organizations. Meeting halls where meetings such as conferences, seminars, symposiums, colloquiums, congresses and panels can be held and temporary exhibition halls where artistic activities can be organized are available in the Cultural Complex.

• Security door detectors at building entrances.
• 130 car pay parking lot for use by visitors attending the activities.
• Cloakroom at building entrances for visitors to leave their materials.
• Card phone at various locations within buildings for use by visitors.

Other services (catering etc.) are outsourced and provided at locations requested by companies.

Architectural Facilities for the Disabled

With architectural facilities in world standards that are available for visitors with physical disabilities, requirements such as elevators, ramps, telephone and toilets are provided.

The amphitheater, with acoustic properties available for use for congresses and conferences, and a fixed seating capacity for 512 people. Three simultaneous translation cabins, two separate backstages with three rooms each are available in addition to two artists backstages.

There is a 4 m x 9 m white screen available for presentations, a velvet curtain and a sliding door opening to the historic garden. The lighting system is zone-adjustable. The stage can be converted into a podium to serve as an area for concert and fashion shows.

The hall, with a fixed seating capacity of 275 people, provides a fixed sound announce system with one speaker microphone and stand and a zone-adjustable lighting system. Additionally, two simultaneous translation cabins are also available. The hall has heating and cooling systems.

The hall is used for exhibition, auction and meeting purposes. It is a meeting hall with a 200-person capacity. It can be used as two separate halls through mobile paneled walls. It has an automated curtain. Projection device is provided.

The hall can be converted to a 300-people meeting hall with additional chairs. In cases where stand areas are not adequate the hall is used as a stand area with necessary adjustments on the carpet. It can also be used as dining hall. Heating and cooling systems are available.

The hall can accommodate 30 people in a classroom arrangement with desks and chairs and 80 people in a theater arrangement. No sound system is available; however, a simultaneous translation system with three simultaneous translation cabins is available. A mobile sound system can be installed. Heating and cooling systems are available.

The hall, with two interconnecting sections, can be used with two separate entrance doors if required. The hall has heating and cooling systems. A mobile sound system can be installed.

It consists of four wooden halls constructed on two floors on the ground floor. It has sound insulation, heating and cooling systems.

It is an exhibition hall with a total of 2300 m2 gross use area and consists of two floors; a 1200 m2 area without columns and a 1100 m2 area that includes columns. Net stand area is approximately 1100 m2. The hall has one large entrance for loading and two personnel entrances.

Downstairs Hall

Upstairs Hall

Large spaces on the right and left wings of the exhibition area in the upper floor can be converted to a 300-person meeting hall with additional chairs. A central announcing system; heating and cooling systems are available. The upper floor section of the Ahmet Fethi Pasha Hall can be a dining hall for 800 people.

With a 40-person seating capacity, refrigerator, storage containers and dishwashing counters this section is used for serving food and cocktails. Heating and cooling systems are available.

Downstairs Foyer

It is the entrance of the Cultural Site. Information and registration desks can be installed for use during congresses. It can also be used for opening cocktails, activities organized in the exhibition hall (arts exhibitions, charity bazaars etc.). There are five portable sitting groups. It can also be used as stand area.

Cloakroom

The cloakroom section is an area located on the left hand side of the entrance with three sitting groups (21 people) and a storage capacity for 140 pieces of apparel. When required this section can also be used as a multi-purpose area removing the seating groups (stand, exhibition, coffee breaks etc.)

Large Foyer

Having 11 sitting groups this area can be used for stand, exhibition and poster space removing the sitting groups. The foyer with heating and cooling systems can also accommodate a cocktail organization.

Square Foyer

Five sitting groups are provided under normal use. The foyer has a long central table and can be used for small scale desktop exhibitions and coffee break services with the sitting groups removed.

It can be used as dining space for 1000 people in cocktail arrangement and 400 people in seated arrangement and also be used as a stand and open exhibition space if coordinated with the Cultural Complex by the related organization company. It can also accommodate “coffee break” services as well. There is also a stage for musical performance.
